VW Scirocco GT24 325Hp Fully Revealed

The race-prepped Scirocco GT24 that will participate at the Nürburgring 24-hour endurance in two days time was fully revealed today at the GTI meeting at Wörther Lake in Austria. The Scirocco that we’d all like to get behind the wheel, is powered by a heavily modified version of VW’s 2.0-liter TFSI engine that generates an awesome 325Hp along with a maximum torque of 340 Nm available from only 2,100 rpm. Power is transferred to the the front wheels through a dual clutch gearbox (DSG)

The 325Hp Scirocco will be driven during the 24-hour endurance race by famous drivers like rally world champion Carlos Sainz and Hans-Joachim Stuck, three-time winner of the 24-hour Nürburgring race. We’ve added plenty of high-res images of the Scirocco GT24 right after the jump.
