Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG For Toddlers

With Christmas just around the corner –ok, it’s still about 6 weeks away but you can’t wait until last moment, the Bobby Benz SLK 55 AMG pedal car is one toy we’d probably take a good look at for our son –if we had one that is. The single seater pedal car is part of the new Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Collection 2008 and it is manufactured by toy maker BIG. The mini SLK 55 AMG boasts a sports steering wheel, wheels which echo the aluminum counterparts on the original and two circular instruments.

Volkswagen MicroBus Hotwheels Style

I could have sworn that I used to have one of these as a toy back in my junior years. Looks great, doesn’t it? The Hotwheels themed Volkswagen Microbus turned up at the 60th anniversary of the Bus in Hannover, Germany in early October along with a selection of over 5,000 Transporter vans and campers ranging from the original ‘split-screen’ T1 to today’s fifth-generation models.

2009 Hyundai Sonata Transform Ad - Cool!

We’ve seen plenty of car ads showing vehicles transforming into robots but we can’t remember ever seeing a car model transforming into its successor –even if it is just a facelift. We really liked Hyundai’s Korean TV ad for the facelifted Sonata (see the leaked images here), as it's innovative and up to the point at the same time. Hopefully we’ll see it coming around these shores too.

2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt Spotted Again

Just a few days before Ford releases official info and images of the 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt, the guys love Stangs at “Mustangphotos” were able to take a snap shot of the car parked somewhere in Northern California. We’re aware that it's not much, but as we said, in a couple of days we’ll have everything on the Bullitt.

3-Wheeler Robin Reliant Stretched Limo

Of all the useless vehicle transformations we’ve seen here at Carscoop, this one deserves a top place in our list. The only practical use we could think of for the stretched 3-wheeler Robin Reliant would probably be a role in one of Top Gear’s episodes – you know, like what happens to a car when you drop it from a 10-story building... -More pics after the jump
